turn on/off hooks via webhook

users should be able to send an alert from TV webhook (or any api) to turn on or turn off a hook. example 1: if h4 timeframe is a downtrend, the 4h timeframe indicator can send an alert to Finandy to turn off the Long bot(the long bot is trading based on 30 mins timeframes chart). Thanks
